|Recommended: YesPretty Okay Place To Live — I haven't lived anywhere but here so I honestly can't judge comparisons based on the other options in this area. My neighbors are somewhat loud so I can hear them sometimes. In addition, it sometimes gets very cold inside in the winter despite blasting the heat. I also have not had any maintenance problems so I don't know whether or not they are on top of it or not. Overall, it's been a great place to live for my first semester.

|Recommended: YesIt's Great — I love it. The apartments are great as well as the staff that helps when they need maintenance. The clubhouse is nice and useful. It's a good place to have a good time but also isn't crazy to the point of not being able to sleep or study. The bus stop is so convenient and it's really in an awesome location in the city.

|Recommended: NoBetter Than On Campus Housing, But Not The Best Student Housing In Logan — The internet here is awful to try to do homework on. It constantly goes out, and when it is working it's painfully slow. The room checks were scheduled during midterms week, which is quite possibly the worst timing possible. Half of the complex is really nice and redone but the other half is outdated with old carpeting and old appliances even though the price per month is the same on both sides. It isn't horrible to live in, but there are definitely better places to live at a cheaper cost.
