|Recommended: YesOverall, I Really Enjoy Living Within These Apartments. — I would tell them that I highly recommend living here. I do have a complaint though I slipped and fell about three weeks ago on the ice right at the bottom of the stairs and broke my tail bone. When I came back two hours later the walks had not been de-iced yet, and when I went to the office they didn't offer to much help. Also, the parking lot needs to have ice melt placed in-between cars because I have also slipped there. Other than that, I recommend these apartments

|Recommended: YesEfficient And Quick — I would say that it is a friendly environment. They are always incredibly quick when a maintenance request is put in and they will make sure they do what they can to repair it. The workers at the front office are great, but I do think that the parking is a little ridiculous. Also if they are going to have such small parking maybe discuss with the church about parking as well.

|Recommended: YesI Think It's Pretty, I Love The Trees And The Volleyball Court. — It's really nice because it's so close to campus and the people at Oakridge are awesome. Also the fact that it has the shuttle stop right next to it is so nice.

|Recommended: NoGood And Bad — I like the atmosphere and the apartments at Oakridge. The people who work in the office are always kind and helpful. However, they will charge you lots of money when you move out even if you spend days cleaning. They say that they don't want to charge you but they are extremely picky. Not to mention the apartments are dirty when you move in. All common areas laundry room, clubhouse are always dirty and not taken care of at all. There are always at least 3 people in the office just sitting there doing nothing but it would be nice if they would actually do something useful like clean the common areas. Their parking lot is very dangerous in the winter because they don't plow it.
|Recommended: YesIt's Nice — It is pretty laid back and located close to campus. It is not overly expensive for all the things you get and it was well worth it for me.

It's not too far away from campus, plus there is a bus stop right in front of the club house. Management is really good. I've never lived at a place where they respond so quickly to things. The apartment itself is great. Lots of room in the bedrooms. The only thing I wish was different was that there was more space in the living room.
