|Recommended: YesI Think Its Great Perfect For Collage Kids. — Its great, its super close to campus and pretty much everything else. The only bad part is the parking lot is kinda icy.

|Recommended: YesA Bit Expensive, But Worth It. — The environment here at Oakridge is very nice. The staff is nice, the facilities pre-corona of course are adequate for most things you need.
The washer and dryer situation they have is one of the best I've seen in a public space, there are always available machines, it costs nothing besides the detergent which you provide and you are notified through your phone when your clothes are almost done in the machines
The noise proofing is very good here, I was never bothered in my room aside from the occasional lawn mower that would pass in front every couples days, but at the end of the day, not a big issue.
I never felt as if the heating or cooling systems in place were bad. Was always a very nice ambient temp, never really had to worry about it. The newer apartments don't have carpet, which personally I find to be a bit disappointing, but if that's not a concern of yours then it's perfect
Internet speeds are great Whether you are looking for a place to watch your classes, or play video games, I never had an issue with the Wi-Fi.
The only thing about this complex that isn't so great, is the price. The refurbished rooms are a bit on the pricier side, but on the other hand, they aren't overpriced. All utilities included, and the utilities included are generally of a good quality. I never had an issue while living here.

|Recommended: YesNice Place, Better Value Than Most Places Nearby. — The cost compared to other student housing is not bad, but cheaper than some of the other places this close to campus. It is pretty nice, especially the rennovated apartments. The internet has definitely improved since last year.
|Recommended: NoSpacious, But The Buildings Are Old And Falling Apart. — All the windows leaked and the kitchen smells really bad all the time even when there's no trash or dirty dishes. When they came to fix my window they shattered it with a ladder and took days to fix it. I've lived in housing older than this, but the upkeep was a lot better.

|Recommended: YesI Like It Here — I think Oakridge is a pretty good place to like, I'll just go through the list on the rank criteria and explain what I think. On parking Availability, I can always find a spot to park, but sometimes is just not as close to my apartment as I would like. On noise, I can't here other apartments, but I can here my roommates through my doors and wall easily. The property and apartments are very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and maintenance will fix any issues quickly.
