|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live For A Decent Price — It's definitely a good place to live if you value privacy since you get a private room, but also has good opportunities to be social if you want to be.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Close To Campus — Great location, close to campus, the shuttle drops you off right at Oakridge. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear other people in your apartment and other apartments around you. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot especially during the winter months because the snow will be pushed into parking spots.
|Recommended: YesGood Quality Student Housing — I love oakridge, there are a few things that would make it better. Like reserved parking, or more laundry units. But overall it’s a really nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesOverall A Good Place To Live, Hard To Get To Know People, Parking Is Crowded If You're Coming In Late At Night. — The living room space isn't ideal for hosting people, but it's super nice to have the kitchen space, 2 bathrooms and private rooms. The price is unbeatable and it's really nice that it's so close to a USU bus stop. I wish the Roku was more customizable or that we had a Chromecast instead, that way we could screen share and not have to always have roommates use each other's subscriptions.
|Recommended: YesA Fine Place To Live — Oakridge is a good place to live as a student. Not too expensive, fairly nice and close to campus. Nothing super special, but overall it's good. Parking isn't the worst but could be better. Hot tub seems to always need maintenance. Good people, social atmosphere.

|Recommended: NoProperty Isn’t Great But The Community Is — Apartments are poorly insulated you can hear everything your neighbors are doing as well as not keeping the heat in. Maintenance will say things are fixed but never actually fix them. Apartments are extremely outdated and need to be fixed
|Recommended: YesClean And Spacious Enough. — It is nice to have a single room, and even the small room has enough space for storage. The only downside is the wall thickness, every single noise is heard from outside the rooms, even whispered conversations. The apartments are a nice place to live despite the sound issues.

I love how clean the grounds are, how nice the staff is and how living here is just easy. Rent is easy to pay, maintenance happens in a timely matter and the apartments are very comfortable.
