|Recommended: YesSocial, Fun, Convenient, Rent Is A Little Pricey — people may complain that it is dirty here but really the apartments are as clean as you decide to keep them. my apartment is clean and stays that way because we clean it every week. it has great managers that are friendly and willing to help you out. everything is included in rent for laundry and a pool with a hot tub thats open all year. great social environment!

|Recommended: YesBa — I love that everything is included. I love the convenience of how close it is. I love how the team is interactive. I wish there wasn't lights outside, I know that won't ever happen. The snow removal has been disappointing and it takes up to many spots and the parking lot is always iced over. I never hear my neighbors and I love living on the top floor.
|Recommended: YesThe People Are So Great And Are Quick To Help. — It's great! You have your own room, a pool, a hot tub, a great gym and they always take care of anything you need! They plan fun activities and they are always good to answer your questions!
|Recommended: YesThis Is A Great Place To Live! :) — I love that all the utilities are included, plus free parking, internet, laundry, and cable. The hot tub is also nice. There are always people hanging out there and new people to meet. It is also convenient that the Aggie Shuttle stops right in front of the apartments.

|Recommended: YesSlow Internet. Fun Atmosphere But Small Living Areas. Expensive — Its pretty expensive for what you get sure the utilities are included but the living room is tiny, the bedrooms are almost always in disrepair and the internet is horrible. The Furnace/ Air-conditioning are WAY too loud. The only reason i have enjoyed living here is the social scene. When Compared with other apartments there is not a lot of bang for your buck. It would be a great place to live if you weren't paying one of the highest prices in Logan for one of the smallest living areas.

|Recommended: YesIt's Great! Fun And Very Social, Comfortable, And Clean — It's awesome! A little expensive but you get what you pay for. You get a lot of benefits and it really is an awesome place to live.
|Recommended: YesLove It! — It is great you get your own room, and only have to share your bathroom with one other person. I love that we have a dishwasher, dispose-all and free laundry. The pool is great when its warm and there is always something fun going on!
|Recommended: NoIt Has Poor Management Who Happen To Be Dishonest. — It is a long ways from campus. The management is terrible. The apartment is cheaply built and very noisy.
|Recommended: NoNot Worth The Money. — Management is unprofessional and rude. Pool and hot tub are closed half the time for maintenance or isn't open because management doesn't want to. Laundry room never has open washers. Finding parking is horrible at night. Garden beds are unkept. Carpet is disgusting and rooms are dirty when you move in but expected to be spotless when you move out or they charge you for it.
|Recommended: YesGood For People Who Are Just Moving To Town. — It is pretty far from campus, but you have a lot of opportunities to meet people. A lot of the friends I've made over the last semester either live at Oakridge or did at one point.
|Recommended: YesI Absolutely Love It Here — It's a really fun atmosphere and the apartments are all really nice. It's super easy to pay rent and the laundry is free too, which is awesome!!!
