|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Oakridge is great because it is just far enough away from campus that you can be removed when you want to, while close enough that you can take the campus shuttle to class or walk to the football games. It's not perfect, but it is a good value for what you get. I like that the wifi, laundry, utilities, etc. are included in the price. I think people also underestimate the convenience of having a full gas station within walking distance. I've gotten close with my roommates, and plan on living in the same room next year.
|Recommended: NoPoor Quality, Overpriced Little Room For Improvement — I don't love the layout of the apartments, they are too small for the price we pay. The management is helpful but there is no way around the rules which makes it difficult for change, or improvement. The biggest thing I would request is an opportunity to sell your contract back to oakridge so nobody is paying rent when they don't even live in the valley. I know it's a great way for you guys to make money by having all of your rooms occupied and paid for, but it's a nuisance for the resident.
|Recommended: YesGood And Very Convenient — I enjoyed living at Oakridge and plan on doing so next fall. There was a problem with the wifi and overall internet speed at the beginning of Fall semester, but they recently made some changes to their provider and I haven't had any problems since. Parking can be a hassle at times, ESPECIALLY in the winter, but my apartment was also in an awkward spot with no real close parking. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and plan on living here again.
|Recommended: YesGood — I like it.
|Recommended: YesLove It — It's a great place to live and meet new people.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Well Constructed. — It's a fun place to be.
|Recommended: YesA Great Place For College Studnets — It is a wonderful place, close to the campus, transportation bus is right there. I just wish that snow was handled better.
|Recommended: YesGreat, Social Place To Live — Living at Oakridge is great. Roommates are great. Parking can be a bit difficult to find and the neighbors are sometimes a bit loud, but over all I like living here.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — It's a nice facility. I don't like the key cards, because you can't put them on your key chain or anything. Parking in the winter and at night is really hard. The bus is nice right there on the property. I love the hot tub. Overall it's a good place.
|Recommended: YesGood — Its nice. It has paid utilities, WiFi, hot tub and pool, laundry, club house, workout room, close to shuttle stop.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Decent — I want to see new carpet. Also, a vaccuum that works. Possibly more than one location for the laundry room. When you live in the back of oakridge, it is horrible getting laundry done when it is cold dark wet outside.
|Recommended: YesIt's A Good Place To Live, The Shuttle Is Really Convenient And Everybody Is Pretty Chill. — I like the hot tub and the place is nice but the apartments could be redone...old carpet and wood. The snow removal is poor. The TV, wifi and laundry are nice
|Recommended: YesComfortable With A Homey Feel. — I have loved living here There are a lot of ups and a lot of downs. Its a very homey feeling apartment. I feel comfortable and I like the amenities I get. The parking is great, except in the winter with the snow fall we have had. The walls are very thin, I can hear my neighbors conversations sometimes. Other than that I really love living here Everyone is super friendly.
|Recommended: YesIts Fun. — Awesome, huge social opportunities, dating opportunities and a good positive environment.
|Recommended: YesSnow Removal Is Awful. — Snow removal is awful.
