|Recommended: YesSuper Clean And Friendly. Best Place To Live Close To Campus — It’s super nice. It’s a fair price for what you are getting and the community is super friendly
|Recommended: YesNice Place Full Of Nice People — I really love living at Oakridge it's a very fun environment and everyone is so nice I've been able to meet a lot of really cool people living here and its super nice having the bus stop so close to my apartment so I don't have to find parking on campus I wish the hot tub was usable but it hasn't been for a long while. Living here has been a great experience and gives me enough personal space unlike a lot of other apartments I have been too with small shared rooms if you're thinking about living at oakridge do it it's not perfect but it seriously is so much fun
|Recommended: YesI Love Oakridege And The Social Community Here — I love living here and for a parking pass, free laundry, and a private room you have for the price it is totally fair there are always parking spots available but sometimes you have to park kinda far from your apartment.
|Recommended: YesOakridge Is Great. Way Better Than My Previous Apartment In Logan. — There's a lot to love about Oakridge. The location of the complex is really convenient, and while it's not great to be able to walk to campus quickly, the shuttle passes by out front very regularly. I really like the community here as well. The management is very friendly and helpful, and they try to host community events pretty regularly. The clubhouse is very accessible if you want to plan something in advance, but you just have to remember to reserve it. The Wi-Fi is fast and included in the price of your rent, and for that matter so are all utilities. The pool and hot tub are great for the few months we can use them, and the fitness center is a good place to work out there are rarely more than a few people inside, unless you go first thing in the morning. The laundry is AMAZING. I've lived at Oakridge for over 6 months at this point, and I have yet to have to wait to wash clothes. The PayRange app makes the whole process so much easier, so no dealing with coin-op machines like at some of the other complexes in Logan.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed by about Oakridge was my specific apartment. Granted, I signed up for one of the older apartments, but be aware that some of the old apartments are kinda rough. All of the appliances in my apartment are old, but they're all functional. The carpet in my bedroom looks... well loved, and there are some places where a paint-touch up wouldn't hurt. Our bathroom fixtures are old, but again, still functional, and when we asked to have our shower head replaced, maintenance was there within a day to get it changed out. If you go for one of the renovated apartments, disregard all of this. They are nice, and if you do have any problems, maintenance will take care of you.
Overall, Oakridge is one of the best student housing complexes in Logan. You might find other complexes that have more amenities or newer apartments, but not for the same price you get at Oakridge. I've been very satisfied with my experience, and I'm coming back next year for sure.
|Recommended: YesGreat — Amazing
|Recommended: YesFun, Friendly, Accessible — I like that it's close to campus and the stadium. Super friendly staff. Apartments were great.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Nice But There Are Some Things To Improve — I enjoy living here and I enjoy my roommates and the ward. The maintenance sometimes doesn't ever fix anything. The hot tub is always having problems and no one in the office seems to care to ever fix it. The people in the office are nice and social but the business and upkeep could use some work
|Recommended: YesGreat — Oakridge is a great place to live. It’s pretty cheap compared to other housing, and you get so much in your rent. Your utilities are covered, you get to do laundry for free, there’s a pool and a hot tub, and management is super great and so helpful
|Recommended: YesHonestly, Great Place For Great Cost — Great apartments for meeting chill people, you get your own room, and inexpensive.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept, Clean, And Easy To Navigate. — Oakridge is literally the best The location is ideal, and has everything you could possibly need Would recommend living here to ANYONE
|Recommended: YesEverything Is Great Other Than Parking. — Everything is great other than parking.
|Recommended: YesFriendly Place To Be — I love the environment at Oakridge Everyone is kind and is willing to help if you ever have any questions. The Oakridge team answers questions and fix matinence issues in a timely manner. So glad I was able to get into Oakridge. Best place I have been so far for apartments.
|Recommended: YesGood — Good
|Recommended: YesPretty Dang Solid. — I'd tell them it is pretty awesome for student housing. Cool, clean roommates. Nice clean housing and layout. The only major issue is the parking.
|Recommended: NoBad Cleaning And Maintenance Staff — When I first moved in, my room and my bathroom were disgusting. It looked like it had been several months since it had been cleaned. Also the filter of our heating unit in out apartment needed to be cjanged and my roommate reported that, but no one came to fix it so he went out and baught one out of his own pocket so that we are safe and warm. And the fine of 20 per person for a a cleaning fine when you come and do checks is horrible especially if you dont even clean anything with it, and especially with how the apartment looked when i moved in. And with all of that said, the price raise is not making it worth staying at oakridge for my future place of residence moving forward
