The only complaints I would have is the outside lights are very bright and it's hard to fall asleep at night. And the air conditioner heater is VERY loud. The faculty are all super nice though, and I have enjoyed living here.

submitted by Johnathan J. - |Recommended: YesGood Value — Good private rooms but small living area. Covered parking would also be nice but you have to deal with snow in the winter

The perks are great though. the prices are resonable, the pool is nice, and lately the club house has been kept up very nicely. There's a pool table and a popcorn machine. There is a pojector but it's confusing to use. They should have an instruction sheet.. But I love it and plan on staying here for a long time. I would recommend this place to most people.

submitted by Nicole S. - |Recommended: YesI Recommend Oakridge To Everyone — I love living at Oakridge, it’s the best bang for your buck. It’s the perfect distance away from campus with bus stops on site. The culture is great and everyone is very friendly.

submitted by Hailey C. - |Recommended: YesLove Oakridge — I like living here because it is decent quality housing apartment for a reasonable price. There is a sand volleyball and basketball court, a swimming pool and hug tub, a gym, a free laundry room, and a clubhouse. The buildings are fairly nice. Each resident has a private room which I love, and there are only 4 people per apartment. There is a small living room and kitchen with an island big plus Anytime we've needed maintenance done, someone comes by in a timely manner to help us. There is always a place to park even if it may be a little bit far from my apartment . So far, I haven't had any problems with loud neighbors parties, and the people here are generally nice. I liked the general feel of Oakridge and I highly recommend it to my friends

The community is wonderful, the staff is helpful, and the living situation itself is nice and affordable. The amenities are wonderful and you can't beat free laundry. I would definitely recommend Oakridge to any USU student looking for housing
submitted by Ryan O. - |Recommended: YesIt Is Decent. — It is a great off campus option because the buses are convenient and everyone is fun to be around.
submitted by Casey T. - |Recommended: NoLot Of Flaws — If you get to oakridge past 10pm, sometimes you can’t find a single open parking space in the entire property. The staff is very lazy, it took them over 2 hours to fix a shower faucet, and when our window was pouring water in when it rained, they sloppily put glue over the big crack in the drywall. Oven and dishwasher don’t work properly, and are way too old to still be in the apartment. There’s often multiple laundry machines that are broken at any given time, usually without a sign on them. The pool closed very early in the warm season to “close for winter”. Emails from management are poorly written and have the very immature attitude of a 16 year old, and threaten to fine residents over every little thing possible. There are cleaning checks 3 times as often as an on-campus dorm, which is very uncommon for off-campus apartments.
