|Recommended: YesBest Place I'll Lived In Logan So Far — I really like Oakridge apartments My building location is nice, the community staff is great. However the parking isn't the best. If you live in one of the buildings in a circle around the parking lot, ex 9-17ish there is not nearly enough surrounding parking for the amount of people living in these apartments. You can always park, but you might have to walk a little bit, and at night it becomes a slight issue. Besides that I love Oakridge

I am sorry that parking is hard around the horseshoe. i did take away the whole back wall that use to be visitor parking to try to create some open space for you all. |Recommended: YesWell Kept — It a great place to live. The apartments are pretty well kept. Its a fun place to live, they have little parties for all the residence and there's always food.

|Recommended: NoYou Get What You Pay For — I would say it's dirty and gross. Upon moving in, it seemed as though my apartment was as if it wasn't even checked after the tenants moved out. There was trash on the ground, mail from previous renters kitchen supplies in the kitchen, dust on the shelves tables, and food left on the carpets. However, it is a welcoming community.

i am sorry that oakridge has not been what you expected. every single staff member walks thru each apartment on move out day then we send cleaners. the tricky part about our community is that we have residents who move from one apartment to the other. we try our best once those ones move out and to check their apartment. our staff would have gladly helped you upon move in if it was not what you expected. Please feel free to come to the office with any issues or concerns and we will always try to help in the best way we can.

|Recommended: YesClose To Campus, Great People, Fun Living — I like living here because I like the private rooms and sharing a bathroom with only one other person. The bus is not bad to ride and picks Oakridge up first so you can always get on. The staff are very friendly and will provide solutions timely.

The old apartments are okay but the renovated ones are beautiful Grounds are nice and parking is usually available except at night.
|Recommended: YesGreat — I love living here My experience has been great so far, just a couple complications with paying rent online. I'd recommend paying in person or over the phone. The price is reasonable with the benefits you get. The apartment is clean and roomy.

|Recommended: YesFriendly, Fun, Slight Outdated, But Good — It is a great atmosphere. I love the pool, volleyball, and clubhouse amenities. My only complaint is that the apartment was VERY dirty when I moved in.
