|Recommended: YesOakridge Apartments Are Great Good Price For A Really Nice Remodeled Apartment — The only thing I would mention is that the water heater thing is really loud but other than that, this apartment is perfect.

I met a lot of nice people here and I loved the opportunities that management provided to meet people and have some fun Oakridge is generally quiet, which I appreciated. The 24 7 laundry is life-saving. Management is always helpful and super timely in responding.

|Recommended: YesI Love Oakridge Walls Are Too Thin Though — Everything about living at Oakridge is great besides the fact that the walls are too thin, you can hear everyyyything your roomate is doing in the next room. Besides that I love it here

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Comfortable And Affordable — It's conveniently close to a bus stop. Laundry, internet, and parking are included. You get your own private room with plenty of storage space. It's quiet most of the time, but it can get pretty noisy if you live next to the pool. The staff is nice and friendly.

|Recommended: YesGood Overall, But A Few Issues That Need To Be Fixed — I have liked living here because the neighbors and my roommates are very courteous and quiet. The community has a good vibe to it and the bus right outside was very convenient. But dealing with the Wifi issues and the appliances that dont always work was very frustrating.
|Recommended: YesNoise Is A Problem — I can hear the people above me when their phone vibrates or they walk too loudly. Also my neighbors across from me and above me can hear when i am playing acoustic guitar later in the evening. This is bother some as neither my neighbors nor I are trying to be loud, yet we can hear small noises from other apartments as these walls dont block out anything. Also the lazy suzan in the kitchen in of the new apartments is poorly designed. the doors dont open the right way so you cant even fit most things in. Pretty simple design flaw. Other than that apartments are nice and the staff is always very helpful. I am glad i live here

|Recommended: YesPerfect Except For Wifi And Internet — I really like this location. It is along the route to campus so you van just walk to the bus stop in 2 min and be to school in no time. I love the facilities and the staff is friendly, cooperative, and sociable. The only compliant and warning for those who wish to live here is that the internet will just fail. The bandwidth strength is poor and thats why rarely, i will have to go to campus just to finish assignments. For entertainment like Netflix, hulu, disney ,..etc it is honestly a gamble whether it feels like working or not. So just a heads up on that account.
|Recommended: YesCertain Apartments Can Be Way Worse Than Others. — Very cheap and good for what you pay for. Some apartments are 100 nicer than others and the carpet is gross in almost every room.
